The role reports directly to the Business Development Director. VNIS Investment currently advises on 10 destinations: the US, Canada, Australia, Malta, Cyprus, Portugal, Greece, the UAE, Türkiye and Singapore — ten countries with ten genuinely different routes, some requiring a few hundred thousand dollars, others several million. Offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Clients are families making a decision that spans generations, with substantial money and real policy risk involved. This is not scripted selling. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Develop and care for individual and family clients seeking international residency and investment. - Assess eligibility from the first meeting: assets, source of funds, background, children's plans — then propose a suitable program, following the principle of reading the file first and recommending second. - Track policy changes country by country and explain what they mean for a client: Canada's Start-up Visa paused for new applications from 1 January 2026, Australia's 188 investment stream closed on 31 July 2024, Portugal's real-estate route removed in October 2023, Greece moving to three regional thresholds from September 2024. - Present the full cost schedule before signing: service fees, government fees, legal fees, translation fees and possible additional costs, stating clearly which are refundable. - Work with the case team to track progress through the five stages, so the client always knows where their file stands. - Build the pipeline: referrals, partners, seminars and company-supported channels. - Report results and forecasts to the Business Development Director.

Mochina – VNIS Group's Chinese-language training brand for working professionals – is hiring teachers for HSK 3–6 classes and industry-specific Chinese courses. Mochina's students are working adults paying their own tuition, arriving at 7:30pm after eight hours at work, for a specific task at their job. You will not spend time keeping order in class; you will spend it answering very direct questions. CLASS FORMATS - Weekday evening and weekend classes at the Hanoi office. - Live online classes. - On-site corporate classes at industrial parks. - Both staff and visiting teachers are welcome. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Teach 90-minute sessions from a prepared lesson plan: objectives, timing per segment, answer keys, and the mistakes Vietnamese learners typically make. - Take attendance on your phone during the session. Attendance underpins the written outcome commitment, so records must be same-day — no back-filling. - Assign and grade work in the learning system. Writing and speaking must be given feedback within 48 hours — the system counts the hours. - Write a progress note every 4 sessions and an end-of-course note recommending the next HSK level. - Each course includes two class observations: one announced, one not. CAREER PATH Classroom teacher → Teacher for outcome-commitment classes (opens after three months of mentoring and a student rating of 4.4/5 or above) → Academic lead → Industry module author.

This is selling software to operators: the people who run a school or an agency. They are not buying features — they are buying their way out of the spreadsheets, group chats and calendars that stopped scaling. Both products are publicly released with transparent pricing, a live demo and a 14-day trial — meaning you sell something the customer can verify before paying. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build the pipeline: tutoring centers, language schools and education/immigration agencies in Vietnam and across Southeast Asia. - Run product demos: understand how the prospect operates today, then show exactly where the system replaces it, rather than presenting every feature. - Move prospects through the 14-day trial to a paid plan, and support the initial data migration. - Work with the product team: turn feedback and lost-deal reasons into roadmap input. - Track conversion rate, contract value and customer retention.

Mochina – VNIS Group's Chinese-language training brand for working professionals, operated by Clever Academy in Hanoi – is looking for a Business Development Expert to grow its corporate training business. Mochina prepares learners for HSK 3–6 and HSKK under the HSK 3.0 standard, with a written outcome commitment for designated programs. Alongside exam preparation, it teaches industry Chinese for the sectors where Vietnamese professionals work with Chinese counterparts: construction and infrastructure, manufacturing and QA, cross-border e-commerce, and aviation and services. The target customers are companies whose teams need to work in Chinese — FDI plants, construction firms, logistics operators and cross-border e-commerce businesses. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Find and develop corporate customers for on-site and online Chinese training programs. - Work with clients' HR and L&D teams to identify the real need: which team, at which point they deal with Chinese counterparts, and what outcome is expected. - Partner with the academic team to build training proposals: entry testing, an agreed can-do list, the learning path, monthly reporting and formal acceptance. - Negotiate, close contracts and stay with the account through to program acceptance. - Maintain the relationship after delivery to expand into other departments or renew. - Track the market and feed new industry needs back to the product team.

You will write the software that schools and agencies use to run their daily operations — where a mistake in a tuition calculation or a missed visa milestone is a real problem for a real user. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build and maintain features on Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Prisma. - Design data models for real operational work: classes, invoices, contracts, visa files, commissions. - Work with a database-per-tenant architecture, role-based permissions and audit logging. - Take part in code review, test on staging and ship regularly (both products publish a public changelog). - Talk directly to internal users and customers to understand a problem before writing the solution.
