VNIS Vietnam Company Limited is established, focused on educational consulting between Vietnam and the United States.
2015
Clever Academy opens
The Group's English training unit becomes Kaplan Certified Education Provider in Vietnam.
2020
Diversification
The Group expands into investment & immigration consulting, e-learning and marketing services.
2026
9 brands strong
As of 2026, VNIS Group consists of 9 brands: VNIS Education, VNIS Investment, Clever Academy, Clever Junior, Vietdemy, BusinessPartner.vn, Root Marketing Agency, TripWise.vn and Decori.
