Clients and staff see their own records; one Zalo account can hold several, such as a parent with two children.
Privacy by design
- Your phone number and location are only requested when you tap the feature that needs them, and you can say no.
- Each purpose has its own consent box, never pre-ticked.
- You can unlink or delete your Zalo data yourself under Account in the Mini App.
Is it free?
Yes. Opening and using the Mini App is free.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs inside Zalo on your phone and opens from the QR code or a link.
I don't use Zalo — can I still reach VNIS?
Of course. Every brand keeps its website, email and phone line; the contact page lists them all.
