Personal Data Protection Policy
We collect only what we need, tell you plainly what it is used for, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

1. Who processes your data
The data controller is VNIS Vietnam Company Limited (VNIS Group). Contact: office@vnisgroup.com · +84 97 565 6406.
This policy covers data you provide through vnisgroup.com — the contact form, newsletter sign-up, franchise enquiries and job applications.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you actively enter into a form:
- Contact form: full name, email, phone number, company (optional), subject and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address and display language.
- Franchise enquiry: full name, email, phone, province, intended investment level and notes.
- Job application: full name, email and the CV file you upload.
- Minimal technical data attached to a submission (timestamp, IP address, browser) — used for spam prevention and as evidence of your consent.
3. Why we use it
Each purpose is consented to separately. You may agree to one and decline another; declining marketing does not affect the support we give you.
- Receiving and responding to your enquiry, question or partnership proposal.
- Advising you on franchise opportunities when you submit an enquiry.
- Assessing your application for the role you applied to.
- Sending email newsletters — only if you sign up and confirm by email.
- Sending program, event and offer information — only if you tick that option separately.
4. Your consent
We process your data only after you tick the consent box yourself. Consent boxes are never pre-ticked, and we never treat your silence or non-response as agreement.
Each time you consent, we record the exact wording you agreed to, the policy version and the timestamp, so that you — or a competent authority — can verify it.
The newsletter uses double opt-in: after signing up you must click the confirmation link in the email before we record anything.
6. How long we keep it
We do not keep data longer than the stated purpose requires:
- Contact and franchise enquiries: up to 24 months from our last exchange.
- Job applications: up to 12 months from submission, unless you agree to a longer period for future roles.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Vietnamese personal data protection law you have the following rights. We act on requests within 72 working hours:
- The right to know what data of yours is processed and for what purpose.
- The right to access and request a copy of your data.
- The right to correct inaccurate data.
- The right to WITHDRAW CONSENT at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
- The right to request deletion of your data.
- The right to restrict or object to processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the competent state authority.
8. How to exercise your rights
Email office@vnisgroup.com with the subject “Personal data request”, stating which right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity first, precisely to protect your data.
For the newsletter you can unsubscribe yourself using the link at the bottom of every email — no need to contact anyone.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the version number at the top of this page. Your consent is stored together with the version in force at that time, so you always know which version you agreed to.
