This website presents information about VNIS Group and its member brands, and receives enquiries, newsletter sign-ups, franchise interest and job applications.

The website does not sell online: there is no shopping cart, no online ordering and no online payment. Every service is agreed and contracted separately between the client and the member company providing it.

The website does not list prices and does not collect payment online. Service fees are quoted individually according to the agreed scope of work, set out in a quotation or contract.

Payment follows the signed contract, normally by bank transfer to the company's account or in person at our office, with an invoice issued as required by law. We never ask clients to transfer money to a personal account.

All fees are stated before signing. There are no hidden charges beyond the contract.

Delivery timelines and methods are set out in each service contract, since services differ in nature (courses follow a schedule; case advisory depends on the receiving authority's processing).

For services involving applications to foreign authorities (study abroad, immigration, visas), we commit to performing the contracted scope of work. Decisions rest with the receiving authority, and we do not guarantee outcomes.

As the website does not sell online, cancellation and refunds follow the terms of the signed service contract between the client and the member company.

General principle: a client may terminate a service and receive a refund of fees corresponding to work not yet performed, less documented costs already paid to third parties (application fees, school fees, translation, bank charges).

Refund requests should be sent in writing or by email to office@vnisgroup.com. We respond within 07 working days and complete the refund within 30 days of both parties agreeing the amount.

Process: (1) receipt acknowledged within 24 working hours; (2) verification with the relevant team; (3) a substantive response within 07 working days of receiving complete information. Complex cases may take longer, and we keep the client informed of progress.

Both parties prioritise negotiation and conciliation. Failing agreement, disputes are referred to the competent court in Vietnam under Vietnamese law. Clients also retain the right to complain to the consumer protection authority.

Collection and processing of personal data through this website is detailed in our Personal Data Protection Policy, in line with Decree 330/2026/ND-CP. We process data only after you tick the consent box yourself, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

We may update these general transaction terms and will publish the new version on this page with its date. The terms applying to a transaction are those displayed when the contract is signed.
