Visatory

Visatory is the operating system for education and immigration agencies — a SaaS CRM that runs the whole student journey: leads, applications, visas, commissions, sub-agents, agency websites and eSIM sales. Compliance evidence is recorded as a by-product of the work counsellors already do, so when a certification review arrives, the pack is already built.

Purpose-built for AIRC-certified recruitment agencies, Visatory tracks per-country application milestones for the US, UK, Canada and Australia, reconciles commissions against a rate card and splits them with the sub-agent who sourced the student, and includes an AI counsellor that prepares students for visa interviews and gives essay feedback without writing the essay. Each agency's data lives in its own database. The product interface is in English.
