School & Agent Partnership Development Expert

VNIS Education – the international education brand of VNIS Group – is seeking a School & Agent Partnership Development Expert to expand its partnership network across key study-abroad markets both in Vietnam and overseas. This is a strategic role that serves as the bridge between VNIS Education and international partner schools as well as study-abroad consulting agencies. In this position, you will directly develop and nurture partnership relationships, advise on service packages tailored for VNIS partners, and organize and participate in seminars and speed dating events at home and abroad. You will work in a dynamic, internationally oriented environment with abundant opportunities for overseas business trips. - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields - Experience in partnership development, B2B sales, or the study-abroad and international education sector - Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with the ability to negotiate and work with international partners - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills - Proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to work independently - Willing to travel domestically and internationally for business - Knowledge of the study-abroad market and consulting agency networks is an advantage
