Software Engineer (Schoolory & Visatory)
Product & EngineeringHanoi / HCMC (hybrid)Full-time25-35 triệu đồng/thángSeptember 6, 2026
About the role
VNIS Group – a diversified group of 12 brands across 5 sectors – is looking for a Software Engineer to work on two SaaS products the group builds and operates itself:
- Schoolory (schoolory.com) – the operating system for tutoring centers and language schools: admissions, timetables, attendance, tuition, payroll and a parent app.
- Visatory (visatory.com) – a CRM for education and immigration agencies: student records, per-country visa milestones, commissions and compliance records.
This is not a marketing-website role. You will write the software that schools and agencies use to run their daily operations — where a mistake in a tuition calculation or a missed visa milestone is a real problem for a real user.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and maintain features on Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Prisma.
- Design data models for real operational work: classes, invoices, contracts, visa files, commissions.
- Work with a database-per-tenant architecture, role-based permissions and audit logging.
- Take part in code review, test on staging and ship regularly (both products publish a public changelog).
- Talk directly to internal users and customers to understand a problem before writing the solution.
Requirements
- 2–4 years building web applications
- Strong TypeScript and React; hands-on with Next.js (App Router an advantage)
- Solid SQL and relational data modelling; PostgreSQL in a real product
- Experience with an ORM (Prisma an advantage)
- Comfortable reading English technical documentation; both products ship an English interface
- Writes code a colleague can still follow six months later, and owns what they ship
- Nice to have: multi-tenant SaaS, payment integration (Stripe), or systems with role-based permissions and audit requirements
Benefits
- Salary 25–35 million VND per month, based on skills and experience
- Hybrid: a mix of office work in Hanoi / HCMC and working remotely
- Holiday, Tet and performance bonuses under company policy
- Full social, health and unemployment insurance as required by law
- Work on publicly released products with real pricing and trials — what you ship reaches customers' operations
- A clear engineering process: code review, a staging environment, regular releases
- A seat in framing the problem, not just receiving a finished specification
