About the role
Clever Academy – a member brand of VNIS Group specializing in international education and standardized test preparation – is looking for a committed Course Consultant to join our team in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. As a Course Consultant, you will be the trusted first point of contact for students and parents, helping them identify the right learning pathways for international standardized tests such as SAT, GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, and IELTS.
Drawing on your knowledge of the US education system, you will deliver personalized consultations, help learners define clear academic goals, and match them with programs that fit their needs. This role lets you make a direct impact on students' educational journeys while advancing your own career within a leading Vietnamese education group.

Requirements
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the US education system
- Familiarity with international standardized tests such as SAT, GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, and IELTS
- Strong consultative, communication, and persuasion skills, with the ability to listen and understand client needs
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid model
- Good command of English is an advantage
- Able to work in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
