C&B Executive

VNIS Group – a Vietnamese corporation spanning international education, investment & immigration consulting, marketing, and tourism with 8 member brands – is seeking a dynamic C&B Executive to join our HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. This is your opportunity to operate and optimize compensation, benefits, and payroll systems for a fast-growing, multi-brand organization. In this role, you will handle the full spectrum of C&B operations: payroll processing, social insurance management, personal income tax, and employee benefits across both our Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices. You will be a key link ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance in every aspect of employee entitlements. By joining VNIS, you will not only perform core C&B functions but also help shape professional HR policies, directly contributing to the experience and engagement of our workforce.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, Finance & Accounting, or a related field - At least 1-2 years of experience in a C&B or generalist HR role - Solid understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax regulations - Proficient in payroll processing, tax finalization, and insurance procedures (social, health, and unemployment insurance) - Strong command of Excel and HR/payroll management software - Detail-oriented, numerically minded, and able to maintain strict confidentiality - Good communication and problem-solving skills
