TripWise.vn — VNIS Group's travel brand — today announces a strategic partnership with WebBeds, one of the world's largest B2B travel marketplaces. The partnership opens WebBeds' global hotel inventory to TripWise.vn customers.
Who WebBeds is
WebBeds runs a B2B marketplace connecting supply and demand across travel: hotels, apartments, resorts, attractions and transfer providers on one side; agents, tour operators, OTAs and wholesalers on the other.
According to figures WebBeds publishes for financial year 2026:
- More than 50,000 travel buyer partners — OTAs, retail agents, wholesalers, DMCs and tourism boards
- More than 8.5 billion searches per day (average) from connected buyers worldwide
- 9.9 million bookings in FY26 — over 824,000 bookings a month, or roughly a new booking every 3.2 seconds
- More than 190 destination countries
This is infrastructure no travel platform builds from scratch in a few years, and it is why this partnership carries real weight rather than being an announcement alone.
What changes for TripWise.vn customers
Substantially wider inventory. Until now, TripWise's international hotel coverage rested on individual agreements. Through WebBeds, customers reach supply spanning more than 190 countries — global chains, independent properties and serviced apartments alike.
Live availability and pricing. An API connection means whether a room is available, and what it costs, is read at the moment the traveller searches — not from a manually maintained rate sheet running hours behind.
Booking conditions stated before payment. Cancellation policy, resort fees, whether breakfast is included — shown as the supplier publishes them.
Why this fits how TripWise works
TripWise.vn is built on three commitments: transparent pricing and inclusions, carefully selected partners, and real support when a traveller needs it. This partnership reinforces all three.
A travel platform can expand supply by aggregating the cheapest sources it can find and leaving the traveller to absorb the risk when a hotel does not honour the booking. TripWise takes the opposite route: one accountable counterparty, where booking conditions are commitments traceable back to the original supplier.
For international travellers coming to Vietnam — the audience TripWise was built for — it also means the journey works both ways: booking a hotel in Hanoi, Da Nang or Phu Quoc on the same platform as one in Tokyo, Dubai or Paris.
What comes next
WebBeds inventory is being integrated into tripwise.vn and will sit alongside existing services: flights, domestic hotels and curated discovery tours such as the Ha Giang Loop and Sapa.
For VNIS Group, this is the next step in a familiar principle: build infrastructure good enough for your own operations first, then grow by standing beside partners who have already done their part of the work exceptionally well.
