A group of twelve brands across five sectors has a choice: buy a dozen disconnected tools, or build one system that knows how the business actually works. VNIS Group chose the second.
crm.vnisgroup.com is the internal operating system of VNIS Vietnam Company Limited — rebuilt on a modern stack to replace an older PHP system, with historical data migrated across intact rather than left behind.
What it covers
Ten module groups, around eighty working screens:
- Study abroad — Master Agent: applications, students, school agencies, agency contracts, commissions, partner schools
- VNIS Investment: clients, immigration cases, partners
- CRM & partners: leads, partner care, agents, complaints, service contracts, satisfaction surveys, customer journeys
- Finance: invoices, quotations, cashbook, cash-flow reporting, funds and accounts, bank reconciliation, payment requests, travel advances
- HR & recruitment: employees, labor contracts, payroll, attendance, leave, performance and probation reviews, org structure, job openings and candidates
- Documents: document library, records and e-signing
- Email & automation: templates, send queue, logs, automation rules — plus AI for the inbox, newsletters and turning meeting notes into tasks
- System: users and roles, activity log, security log
Access is governed by role-based permissions, and sensitive actions are written to an audit log. The system also carries a data-subject request tool — search, export and anonymise personal data on request — built to meet Vietnam's Decree 330/2026 on personal data protection.
Why the staff portal has its own address
my.vnisgroup.com is where employees go for their own things: profile, labor contract, payslips, payment requests, travel advances, leave, performance reviews, the org chart and a digital business card.
The separate domain is a deliberate decision, and the reason is human rather than technical. my.vnisgroup.com can be read out over the phone, typed from memory, and printed in an onboarding email. Sending staff to a four-level path inside a CRM most of them do not have an account for is sending them to the wrong door.
Why we build rather than buy
Software that matches the work removes the gap between what a team does and what the system records. That is the same conviction behind the platforms VNIS Group builds for others — Schoolory for schools and Visatory for education and immigration agencies. We run our own operations on the same principle first.
Both systems are for internal use and require an authorised account.
